Telehealth Therapy Sessions

Telehealth sessions offer the flexibility and convenience of receiving therapy from the comfort of your home or another private location located in New Hampshire. Virtual therapy provides the same personalized, evidence-based approach as in-person sessions and is a great option for individuals with busy schedules, transportation challenges, or those who simply prefer meeting remotely. For clients 15yo and up.

Walking Therapy Sessions

Walking therapy combines traditional talk therapy with gentle movement in an outdoor setting. For some clients, walking side-by-side can reduce stress, enhance mindfulness, improve emotional processing, and create a more relaxed therapeutic experience.

Walking therapy is offered on a case-by-case basis and is at the clinician's discretion. Several factors must be considered before participating, including clinical appropriateness, safety considerations, confidentiality, physical health, weather conditions, and the client's treatment goals. Walking sessions may not be appropriate for all individuals or situations, and eligibility will be discussed collaboratively during treatment.
